Hi.I was in in the end of May and spent some time in front of the television at night. I saw this program on what I believe was TV Tokyo about 3 guys traveling around in doing pranks and experiencing different traditions. The receptionist at the hotel wrote down the name for me, but I cannot find it.
In many ways 'Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende' reminded me of it even though it was not as much of a jackass team on this. I do not know, but I am sure I remember something like 'Uruyama City 2000' involved during the program.Even though I do not speak a word Japanese I found it very amuzing and it had one of the best jingles I have heard.Hope someone can help me out. Thanks allot.
We are getting close. They all look familiar, but I did watch quite a few different programs and maybe it was not TV.
I must say I was quite impressed with what I saw in Tokyo even though I did not understand a single word of what was said.I am tone death and not much of a singer, but I remember in before, during and after every scene there was a jingle or gig. For me it sounded like (close your ears if you cannot stand a bad voice):'dige dige dige dige dige dige dig' continuouslyrepeated over quite some time.If it rings any bells let me know and thanks for all the feedback.
